Pierre Kayitana

Pierre Kayitana, Line producer of award winning features such as Kinyarwanda , the movie, best audience choice at 2011 Sundance Film Festival has been at the core of building a viable film industry in Rwanda since 2005.

His intensive work, running the film festival and the films on youth by youth programs in Rwanda have successfully brought up a number of young filmmakers in Rwanda paving the way for a new generation of talents.

Pierre has worked in leading roles in most major productions in Rwanda and remains passionate about monetizing the industry through the use of technology.
